Is an award winning bi-coastal choreography and creative directing team. With over two decades of artistic collaboration and industry experience.
The two draw from their individual and shared creative experiences to create powerful and visually striking work for Film/TV, Broadway, opera, circus, dance companies and immersive live performances.
Upon meeting at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, the pair launched successful individual performing careers, from performing with prominent dance companies, numerous Broadway shows, to a variety of commercial dance projects before forming GXA Creative.
Their work is rooted in collaboration, innovative vision, and authentic and honest creations. Grady and Ashley work with directors, producers, brands, and arts organizations to bring ideas to life with precision, artistry, and impact.

Broadway’s The Cher Show, World’s Got Talent on Hunan TV in China, and the iconic Big Apple Circus at Lincoln Center, P&G BOLD campaign featuring supermodel Miranda Kerr. commissions for dance companies include Charlotte Ballet II, Limón II, and Flight Path Dance Project.
Their choreographic commissions include work for Charlotte Ballet II, Limón II, and numerous university dance programs across the country.
The duo has directed, produced, and choreographed the films THE WAY BACK, NEXT, and DWELLING, earning recognition from festivals including BronzeLens, Dance Camera West, ADF Movies by Movers, Rethink, and Rogue Dance Film Festivals, as well as features on Dancefilmmaking.com and DanceMagazine.com.
